My new file server machine, which is a dual Xeon E5-2620 from 2014 with 384GB of RAM in a 24 bay hot-swap 3.5" SAS/SATA chassis, is finally in the rack. Weighs somewhere around 75lb without drives, which made carting it downstairs and mounting it in the rack fairly challenging. It's times like these that I wish I had a hydraulic lift, but I would need it too rarely to justify buying one.
