I've never really understood the argument for single sex toilets, it's an excuse for saving cash by not providing enough for your clients/workforce. Having used many Victorian facilities in public buildings the pride they exemplified is unmistakable though I regret it did not extend to the female facilities.
So multiple single secure but safe facilities is the way forward, in building regs.
