Confessional: I hate turkey. I'm sure there are recipes I can use that will turn my head around on this, but I'll be fucked to make something I dislike.

This year we're doing slow cooked pot roast. All the usual Thanksgiving trimmings, but that'll be the protein centerpiece.

Don't ask for the recipe because I always just kinda play it by ear depending on my mood.
