Knee behaved. Kept the pace right at the pain threshold. Felt it during the last 8Ks and now … but bearable. Came in 4th 🤯🥳 (winner came in 6 minutes ish before me).
Yes I did run faster than I imagined. But I did listen to my body - so I like to think I was in control.
Very very very proud and satisfied.
