Installation doesn't look insurmountable, but it's not easy either. I've only had a cursory look at it so far. If migration including followers is possible, that's definitely the way to go. But then what happens to the link to the mastodon.social invitation? Can it somehow continue to work? The thing is, I already have it printed somewhere.
