But, better to be blocked than engaging in some conversations with some people... once you are a target you'll never be "right" and you'll just dig a deeper hole for yourself.

30 minutes later after a conversation like that you'll be ready to report yourself to the police for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Disengagement, while seemingly personally unfair, is the best outcome.
