users, developers and miners should each take a low time preference approach and be principled in whatever capacity in which they interact with the Bitcoin network and each other.
from my perspective, the activity we are observing degrades the availability of blockspace and adversely impacts transaction throughput. this results in a higher cost to transact, take bitcoin into self-custody and interact with lightning in a non-custodial manner, constituting a Denial of Service (DoS) attack.
