What happens when you are engineering and pouring your heart & soul into developing a next-gen spacecraft, but are worked 60-plus hour, 6-plus workday weeks repetitively, your family life is completely dysfunctional as a result, treated like shit in the workplace because you just turned 40 and can't use earned vacation time under threat of termination, all for an arrogant & egotistical CEO who openly wants to replace you with a filthy & cheap jeet?
