First off, no, Genshin is not pay to win, at least not in the traditional sense. Second, this is a gacha game which obviously he doesn’t know what those are. No shit the game sexualizes its female characters, that’s how most gachas work as the industry is largely male dominated.
Men and women in society are sexualized in the same way, just that the spectrum for men is a lot smaller. The average guy isn’t sexualized while the average woman is.
