Thanks to ^T (SIGINFO) I realize I'm an idiot 👊: ldns-read-zone shows "waiting" instead of "running" b/c I used wrong option to strip DNSSEC data from .net zone.
I knew it would take a bit, being 1.9GB, but that it would take so long .... 🤦♂️
