So, I got a set of Google Slides from this class, where each student made a thank-you message/image for me. It's cute, I guess, but also...do kids get to draw things on paper anymore?? These are NYC urban kids who never see the stars or animals or plants or dirt really ever... I have worries. But the messages are very sweet!
(Except for the kid who wrote "P.S. the moon landings are fake" to, you know, a woman with a PhD in planets?? UGH toxic masculinity going strong already at age 10)
