Trying to get into a deceased friend's pc to try to recover family photos for his mother. Having recently discovered hirens boot tools and password reset I had high hopes but he has it set to PIN and forgot link opens prompt for his #Google account as recovery. She tried to get access but Google denied it because he hadn't set anybody else as recovery. (I already had but I've added morev to my account).
There's no option to switch from pin to password. Any ideas from #tech community? #windows
