What we're seeing right now in the House is a preview of the Trump administration and at least the next two years with the Republicans in control of all three parts of the federal government, and a senile Trump under a fascist Musk's thumb -- Musk is eager to lie whenever possible (his 90+ tweets that derailed the budget agreement included a variety of absolute lies that even Republicans admit were total fantasies). Republicans are incapable today of actually governing. They eat themselves like the snake eating its own tail. Because even in the next Congress, the GOP majority in the House will be very slim, and Democrats will be needed much of the time to pass legislation when recalcitrant Republicans won't go along with their leadership. Watch and see.
