They completely lost me when they refused to allow gay clergy. I'm CIS, but that destroyed my faith. And once I started critically examining all of it (the Bible, bottom to top)... I realized I was done. Done defending all of it. The only defense of the Old Testament is the life of Jesus, because it replaces the Old Testament. (If you don't understand what I mean, perhaps you should read your Bible more, especially the New Testament?)
