The first time I camped at a Boy Scouts camp ground with my son I was surprised that they didn't have any boys or girls designated bathrooms or showers. All toilet stalls and shower rooms were self-contained single stalls and each had a door that opened to the outside. Boys and girls use the same facilities and no one is using a room with anyone else. And it's always been like this at BSA camps.
And I think to myself, "Why doesn't literally every public bathroom work like this?"
