So in BSB's vision, what would happen if a barrister were in a position where they had to choose between "advancing equality, diversity, and inclusion", and following or advancing the law as it is written? Or perhaps even following the law?
I can easily see such situations arising. Would any such barrister be faced with punishment either way?
