You don’t know what you don’t know…
I certainly had no clue how badly my body was seeking protection.
I was intent on seeking connection, so I believed.
That desire came with underlying energetic neediness.
I had no clue I was truly seeking protection.
I told myself that it was my problem and that I can fix it.
Do you do that too?
The world is full of options and access to knowledge is right at our fingertips.

Neuro training offered me a new lens for understanding myself, and discovering drills that correlated to brain areas gave me a better understanding for myself.
Eventually discovering my brain pattern and best ways for training my body for safety I never knew I needed, and zero comprehension for what I didn’t know.
With safety has come connection for who I am…
I have done the gut work and my gut lifestyle is dialed in…
I know my self care needs and ways that increase safety to continue up leveling my health.
