It combines #Mastodon, #Bluesky, #Threads and #Nostr in such a way that they feel like one, but it's still clear what came from where. I basically only use Mastodon, so I'll probably stick with the Mastodon app, but if you use more of these platforms in parallel, it saves you from having to switch between multiple apps. 👍
