Most of these transactions are pure junk to scam the people in the name of valid transactions.
Either filters need to be fixed (to reduce the spam not to fix it) or blocksize needs to be reduced or maybe we need both.
CTV and other upgrades can wait until this problem gets solved/mitigated.
