The hooded capelet is finally done! Now it gets a wash and some blocking. I knitted it from some of my handspun yarn, a three-ply that I spun from Tunis fleece. Tunis is a heritage breed. It was the most common breed of sheep in the southern US before the Civil War, but almost died out after. The fleece has a natural faint reddish hue that I quite like.
