Here’s a good resource:
https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Agility_trainingEarly agility is really slow, so questing for experience is highly recommended. Rooftops are only necessary for ironmen or getting the graceful outfit. In the end the method that you enjoy the most will get you the most xp in the long run :)
