I’m new/recent to nostr and quite intrigued. Can you direct me to concise & clear info that details what’s involved with the creation & maintenance of a private relay? I have lots of questions, such as: 1)can a relay be run from Linux running on a USB? 2)what responsibilities (legal, time wise, etc.), liabilities & risks would or could be be incurred. 3) how much bandwidth is needed. Etc… Thanks!
