"content": "Vitamix blender is great for shakes, been using mine daily lately. I'll have to remember AM, might try it in the future. I do creatine each day as I've been trying to bulk up. Scoop of protein powder, a scoop of creatine, 3-4 eggs, a banana, a few tablespoons of Greek yogurt, a couple tbsp of peanut butter, a cup or so of milk. Makes a good breakfast shake I can drink on the way to work.",
