I seem to be very sensitive to pain, but I don't express it like others. Result - people think I'm BSing.

I have "quiet terrible suffering" and "uncontrollably sobbing and screaming in pain". The threshold for uncontrollable is very high, but being below that threshold does not mean I am not experiencing agony. Case in point - this fucken tooth.
