It's hilarious and the height of hubris and arrogance to believe that a species that can't recognize the communication or even sentience of other species on this planet, so many of whom created and sustained complex societies and interactions millions of years before primates existed, and in fact aren't even aware of what exists within the largest environment of the planet, and who believe that they have literally measured universal time, could be of any interest to extraterrestrial beings.
