Today I'm giving it a first attempt at sundried tomatoes. It's supposed to be in the 90s for the next 2 days so it should be a good time for it. The set up is rather crude, thrown together in 20 minutes last night. If it works I will tweak it to add a framed, hinged glass top and legs.
