I've started reading the book "Hormone Intelligence" by Dr. Aviva Romm. So far it's an eye opening read and in my opinion it contains nuggets of #wisdom not only for #women, but also for everyone with a mom, sister, girlfriend, wife and daughter in their life. So for all men out there, don't be shy to educate yourself. 💪 💛
