2. Use Dminder or My Circadian app to input your skin type and location to check how long you can safely stay in the sun unprotected without burning.
3. Slowly build up your solar callus by doing 1&2.
4. Make sure your circadian health is optimised in the evening low ALAN and blue light. Wear blue blockers & dim the lights.
Some observational studies have suggested that melanoma patients with higher levels of outdoor activity or sun exposure after diagnosis may have better survival rates. Probably due to improved Vitamin D levels and immune regulation, both of which may influence cancer progression.
