They've been selling in virtually every convenience store in large cities for at least a year now. Out of the literal thousands of stores in NY alone selling them they've only made something like 3 whole busts so the FDA obviously doesn't care.
Plus some states have legalised psilocybin.
Mushrooms are pretty much shortly trailing behind marijuana in the legalisation streamline yet seen to be moving much faster than
