I think I might go to bunnings and get something to fix my gate latch bolt. The anchors holding it in are loose, fixed straight into the render (which is so weak!), I improved it by creating 4 points of contact, it was previously 2. Now I need to make sure the substrate is strong enough. It's such a bad design. The wind is making this worse by putting extra strain on the bolts and now there are only two left in the assembly #domestics #building
