I love CITY DIRECTORIES!!!! Been hoping to find evidence that two families knew each other in Clinton, Iowa. Found both families in the 1901 Clinton, Iowa city directory. One family lived at 415 4th Avenue - the other at 418 4th Avenue. I think they knew each other!
