I reinstalled now and tried again. Here’s my results:

1. I first see ”Welcome to Peak” and Continue button on my watch
2. I press continue, then it instructs me to open the iPhone app, I do that
3. ”Restoring archive 6/6”
4. Vibrations and sounds 3 times, iPhone app shows a modal which quits
5. ”Open peak on your iPhone to continue” with a Continue button, continuous vibrations and sound notifications from that
6. I open the iPhone app, nothing happens, so I press the Continue button on my watch
7. I get the subscription options on my watch, I choose monthly and hit continue
8. I double click
9. Go back to step 5
10. Finally the watch app works
