Reading "The E-Myth" I start to better understand why some sales people get so frustrated with me when I say "I want to think about it". And why being sold to increasingly feels so de-humanising. Quoting the book, "So when your customer says, "I want to think about it," don't you believe him. He's not going to think about it. He doesn't know how. He's already done all the 'thinking' he's going to do [...]"
I just... ugh.
