Had an appointment with a long COVID specialist who told me there wasn’t much she could do for me, but had a few suggestions for unproven treatments that might make sense and some tweaks to my supplements. She charged $400 and doesn’t take insurance.

This was unironically *great* news, the most helpful medical appointment I’ve had in a long time, and was meaningfully cheaper than most of my other treatment options.
