The Coles checkout people at my local shop are so WOEFULLY undertrained that they regularly mess up packing stuff to the point where I want to only use the self-checkout lanes.
They packed 5 loaves of bread into one bag last weekend, leaving one loaf entirely squished like a pancake, because they were so inept.
I want to buy from people who want to do a good job and are trained how to do so. I much prefer shopping at Aldi
