Again, I stopped taking it, this time because of the side effects. 3rd year came around and it dawned on me to look further into why that time of year affected me so bad. I have SAD (Srasonal Affective Disorder). A huge portion of people in the NE do every winter. Mine started late October and goes through Feb/March. I still get it, but I'm aware and counter the symptoms. I also have less responsibilities in life (children are grown).",
