It is possible that I have once again reached the stage of "so many tabs/windows open in so many different programs that I'm not sure what's making everything crawl and need to reboot," but, ugh, I hate reboots. Eighteen different programs trying to start up and update and chirp at me about new! improved! whatever! when I just want to get back to work.
