for direct replies I'm going with zapsort:
- show zaps first, ordered by amount (could probably give more weight to zaps the OP has replied to)
- show comments sorted cronologically next
- show zaps without comments sorted by amount

clicking on a reply will open a chat with the thread, working on that now 🫡
