reading again this stuff from Jack Kruse about blue light's effects on the endocrine system and metabolism has pretty much convinced me i need to at least try dialing back the blue on all my displays - basically have them in "night mode" all the time

i do spend a LOT of time in front of this light and obviously if it is impacting my health i want that eliminated if it has an effect then fantastic

the salts and hydration have helped a lot as has cutting back on some things but now other things have been relapsing and this last week everything has been going back to the hellscape of 2 months ago, i just can't even at this point, has to be fixed
