Spicy take part 2: providing email service for anyone but yourself or for employees for mail that's part of the business function is a FUCKING LEGAL LANDMINE of liability and nobody should be willing to do it. You do not want to be in possession of anyone's private communications and responsible for their contents.
Not only should people host their own email, but it should be impossible to get your email hosted by someone else because it's so high-risk.
