I really think we should have a tiered tax system. We pay the basic but then get to pay less if we decide to just opt out if access to certain services that we can’t get anyway. It would be great if my taxes enabled me to see an NHS dentist, and NHS doctor and emergency doctor and actually be able to get my prescription medication. But I guess not
