However, we’ve noticed that some community members are behaving in ways that are harrassing to OSI staff, directors and other community members, with a very small number seemingly intent on disrupting the process in this crucial phase. This is overly aggressive and disrespectful of all the participants as well as the process that has been conducted over the last few months.
