Today's task will be figuring out what pie will be the dessert for Christmas. My two local daughters + I have been texting back and forth as we look over the Christmas menu of our favorite bakery. Negotiations continue as we speak. This bakery is the same one that made the pumpkin cheesecake we enjoyed for Thanksgiving. At the moment cranberry cheesecake and creme brulee are top contenders.
