So be done it according to perspective and voluntariness and freedom of choice and invitation.
The ones who stay at the so called dysfunct projects might need the detour to stumble upon the reason those projects are so-called defunct, to grow and to get back into the first invitation maybe but grown personally and in technical skills and sofort.
