Start each day with a walk, that 20-30minutes you give yourself to start each day will completely change your life!!!! Sometimes in the winter months it's hard to get outside.. But you can walk around inside your house ! The fresh air in the morning is great for stimulating the brain, and waking up the body... but the more important thing, is the low impact movement of just simply walking. Walking get the blood moving in your body, and your blood carries oxygen! So more blood flowing, the more oxygen being cycled, the more energy, and alertness you'll feel! Another importance of that 20-30min walk, is its great way to kick start the morning appetite! If your not a breakfast person and your trying to grow your morning appetite then this is a great place to start! Again !! That doesn't mean you need to be outside to walk! Try this simple step towards a healthier life, and see how quickly you start to feel the results!
