Was doing physio for my knees (significant arthritis dating back 15 yrs) and also for the heel of one foot which has me limping for almost 2 yrs (Achilles tendinopathy - they ruled out plantar). Meanwhile the other ('good') foot is currently suffering my worst gout attack in years (or maybe something else) and has me unable to stand the last 5 days. So unfortunately not painting at the moment but hoping to resume as soon as I can walk.
