The whole point of decentralized models is non-excludability/censorship resistance.
When people say decentralization, that’s what they mean, but most are unaware.
You can have decentralization and lose openness.
permissionlessness = self-sufficiency, and openness.
open = non-excludability
self-sufficiency = pays for itself
what trustless means in the Bitcoin context ("no trusted third parties").
