the one thing I wish I could get working with Octopus is my smart meter…reliably…
Every 2 months they stop sending and it takes 2 months of me chasing to get a working smart meter again…for another 2 months before it fails again…and a hefty credit/debit to the bill for the bad billing periods.
They won’t change them because they “work”…
Otherwise they are brilliant.
