I know because I'm not a degenerate and constantly draw blood to check my nutrients intake and absorption.
I daily take a 100mgg b12 pill because my diet severally lacks.
I monitor my proteins intake to reach at least 85-90gr/day with the most array of foods possible.
All my greens are accompanied with a source of vitamic C to boost my non-EME iron absorption.
Mediterranean diet was always and still is the best diet because of just this, the most ample source of foods, ranging from healthy carbs, low in sugar, different meats, cereals, legumes, veggies and so on.
