When I have a strange craving for liver and how bloody it is. I am often reminded that I am a mammal despite being human. Meat really satisfies the animal brain. How pleasant.
It also reminds me of dad since he really loves liver too.
A lot of people say soaking it in milk is best. I have tried that and I much prefer soaking it in oil and vinegar. yummy. 😋
